First confirm your hardware
Record the exact box model, firmware and connection interface, then obtain its official manual. The public howevision.com site found in research describes networking equipment, not a confirmed farm-box control-software catalogue; do not infer that it documents your particular phone-farm model.
Test the USB path
If your hardware offers a USB data or OTG connection mode, enable it, connect the controller computer with a data-capable cable, open desktop Chrome or Edge and check whether each phone appears in the browser USB picker. Standard ADB authorization must succeed before control becomes possible.
- Close other USB/ADB control software first.
- Confirm that devices are actually present, rather than only a proprietary controller or Ethernet interface.
- Authorize each Android board using an approved method from the hardware owner.
- Test one device before group commands or APK distribution.
If it does not connect
A proprietary connection protocol is not the same thing as USB ADB. PhoneFarm cannot claim compatibility unless the device exposes and authorizes supported Android USB interfaces. Return to the vendor’s software where hardware-specific power, ROM or remote-network capabilities are required.
